Who we are
CoParent is made by Omnivatis Synergy. We build a co-parenting coordination tool for adults — shared calendars, messages, and expenses. CoParent is not a court filing system.
What we collect
Account email and name if you sign in; family membership and invite codes; children profiles and notes you enter; calendar events, messages, and expenses you create; optional device push tokens; and purchase receipts for entitlements. Guest mode keeps most data on-device.
Services we use
Firebase (Google) for analytics, crash reporting, and push notifications. Optional AI features may send message text you choose to rewrite or summarize to our AI provider (OpenAI) to generate a response — we do not use that content for ads. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google.
What we never do
No ads. No behavioral advertising. No session replay. No third-party ad or attribution SDKs. Child-related details you enter are treated as sensitive family information.
Activity exports
Premium exports produce a chronological list of activity you and the other parent already shared in the app. Exports are for your personal records only — not for court use, not a court filing, and not legal advice. Deleted or edited items may no longer appear.
Your rights
Delete your account from Settings in the app, or email omnivatissynergy@gmail.com. We honor deletion requests: your membership is removed; family data is deleted when you were the only remaining member.
