One thread instead of scattered texts
Texts, emails and voice notes spread a conversation across three apps and two phones. In CoParent the family has one message thread. Messages are grouped by day, show read receipts, support replies and attachments, and can be pinned so the important ones — the agreed pickup time, the dentist's number — stay at the top. Search finds the rest.
The rewrite that saves the sentence you would regret
Before you send, tap Rewrite politely. The optional rewrite suggests a cooler version of your message — the same request, minus the sentence you would regret. You see the suggestion, you decide whether to use it, and only then does anything go to the other parent. It is guidance, not censorship, and it never edits what you already sent.
The thread itself — messages, read receipts, replies, pinning and search — is free for both parents. Rewrite politely and thread summaries are Premium features, along with the fair-swap suggestion on the calendar.

Because the thread lives beside the calendar and the expenses, context is never lost. The message about swapping Thursday sits next to the swap request; the message about the school shoes sits next to the expense with the receipt. Premium exports the chronological record — messages, expenses, calendar, swaps and attendance — as a CSV or PDF for your own records. It is not a legal document, and CoParent does not give legal advice.

CoParent assumes the other person is not your teammate. Nothing in the thread is designed to score points: no typing indicators to fuel impatience, no reactions, no ads. Just the messages, dated, in one place.
Frequently asked questions
Does the rewrite send anything automatically?
No. It shows a suggested version; you choose to use it, edit it or ignore it before sending.
Can the other parent see that I used the rewrite?
No. They only see the message you actually send.
Is the message text used for ads?
No. Optional AI features send the text you choose to rewrite or summarize to our AI provider to generate a response; it is not used for advertising. There are no ads in CoParent.
